123.hp.com/oj4650: 123.hp.com/oj4650 Printer at the First Time

Take HP Officejet 4650 printer out of the box after removing the tape and any other packing material on the box.
Place your 123HP printer on a sturdy surface. Carefully take off all the packing material and tape from outside and inside the printer.
Make sure that your 123.hp.com/oj4650 printer box has all the hardware printer materials. You can refer the manual or item list.
Remove the packaging tape from the media tray space and from the scanner space also.

Take out the power cable from the box and connect it to the printer and AC outlet.
Take the one end of power cable to the rear of printer another end of the power cable connected to the AC outlet
Now press the power button and switch on the 123 hp Officejet 4650 printer.
You’ll be prompted to select the preferences. Select country/region and time/date from the control panel.
Scroll the control panel screen and confirm the preference selection by clicking OK.

Complete the 123.hp.com/oj4650 printer setup and then move forward to the ink cartridge procedure.
Open the ink cartridge access door so that the cartridge shifts the center of the printer.
Take the ink cartridge out of its packing. Hold the ink cartridge from the black plastic area only.
Install the black ink cartridge in the right and the tri-color ink cartridge in the left ink slot.
Lock the ink cartridges in their slots properly by pushing them into the slot area.

Once you done with installing the cartridges, draw out the paper input tray.
After extending the input tray outward, draw the tray extender and make the paper catch raise up.
Now move the paper width guides outward to their extreme positions.
Place the media stack into the paper input tray and slide it inside until it halts. Arrange the paper width guides along the media stack limit.
Push the paper input tray back into the 123.hp.com/setup4650 printer until it fits into the place.
